A Moholy-Nagy László Formatervezési ösztöndíj keretén belül egy cég által felajánlott programon dolgoztam, az Alu-Style Kft. együttműködésével. Feladatom az általuk fejlesztett alumínium profil (neve: GP2) továbbfejlesztése, funkcióval való megtöltése volt. Egy fiktív üzletet körbejárva azon gondolkodtam, hol, és milyen formában tudom felhasználni az adott oszlopot.

Tervezési szempontok:

áru befoglaló mérete
súlya (az árut tartó konfekció rúd, polc, akasztó teherbíró képessége, stabilitása).
variálható árukihelyezés (összehajtva, akasztva, szemből, rézsútosan, vagy oldalt lógatva)
változatos megjelenés (alumínium eloxálása, bőrbetétek változatai)

Gyártói szempontok:

sorozatgyártás (lézervágás, lemezhajlítás, hegesztés v. besajtolás)
lapra szerelhetőség, ami a csomagolás, szállítás szempontjából fontos, pl. a konzol technikai, formai megoldását befolyásolta ez a tényező
szerelhetőség
költség hatékony eljárás (takarékos anyagfelhasználás, gyors kivitelezés, kevés munkafolyamat)
